The pool area provided a wonderful spot for relaxation. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in our room was very noisy.

it’s a shame, really. the 'included' breakfast was closed, but they forgot to tell us until AFTER we arrived! also, the front desk staff couldn’t even be bothered to check if our room was ready. i almost thought about leaving a good review but just couldn’t bring myself to. what an absolute letdown.

Consider checking the restaurant's operating hours before booking, as meals were enjoyable but not always available.

The pool area was a delightful surprise! 🌊 The room was clean, but the air conditioner was kinda loud and the place seemed a bit dated. Overall, great for a family getaway!

missingWrote a review on Nov 01well kept groundsnoisy air conditionerinsufficient loungers
The grounds are very well kept.
The air conditioner was very noisy and ineffective, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the hotel is situated right next to a highway, so the noise from trucks braking often disrupted our peace. While the pool area was nice, there weren't enough loungers for all the guests, which was disappointing.

Great place for families
The pool area was really excellent we spent a lot of time there and the kids loved it. Breakfast was decent too had a good spread to fill us up before hitting the road.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but it was still tolerable.

We enjoyed our stay in the Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The pool is beautiful with plenty of loungers, perfect for kids to play and relax. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly, and housekeeping provided excellent service. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for our family.

missingWrote a review on Jul 20sound disturbance
The noise from the nearby highway is hard to ignore, especially in rooms facing it, which could disrupt sleep. Breakfast options are lacking in variety with minimal protein sources, contributing to a less-than-ideal start to the day. Maintenance seems necessary in several areas. for instance, the pool tiles are starting to fall off, which detracts from the overall aesthetic. Some guests have reported cleanliness issues in rooms as well, suggesting a need for better housekeeping practices.

Fantastic staff! 🍳 The breakfast was more than basic options. Outdoor space with sun loungers was enjoyable! Clean room, but the bathroom floor could use a little updating.
Bathroom grout needed attention.

I stayed in the Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The beds were comfy, which was a nice surprise! However, it took forever for the room to warm up, and honestly, the towels felt cheap. Not an ideal combo. Plus, the check-in lady was pretty rude, which started things off on the wrong foot. Definitely not worth the price they charge – I've seen better options around Salmon Arm for less.
